Employers start a scheme

Help working parents save up to £933/year on their childcare costs with Childcare Vouchers. Act quickly and start your scheme before it closes to new entrants on 4th October 2018

Family-friendly employers are winning the battle to attract and retain working parents, who now make up over a third of the UK workforce.

These forward-thinking companies – who offer flexible, tangible benefits to help employees with dependent children - naturally become more attractive to employees.

You can quickly and easily offer support through our Childcare Voucher scheme; helping working parents save up to £933/year, per parent. And as an added benefit, all scheme members will get access to huge shopping discounts at all the biggest high street and online retailers.

As well as supporting your working parents, your business can save up to £402/year for each parent who joins the scheme thanks to the employer National Insurance savings on the voucher value.

However, it’s important to do this sooner rather than later. The government are closing the Childcare Vouchers scheme to new entrants (parents wanting to join the scheme).

In order to be eligible to join the scheme, your employees need to have their first wage adjustment and be in receipt of vouchers before midnight on 4th October 2018 – for a majority of organisations, this means the September payroll period. For more information, download our helpful guide.
