Employee enrolment


We want to make joining our Childcare Voucher scheme as easy as possible – both for you and your employees. To do this, we offer a choice of enrolment options so that you can select the one that’s right for your company.  


Managing the enrolment process yourself

If you wish, you can choose to take complete of control of the enrolment process, including putting together your first voucher order.

Employees who want to join the scheme will need to complete a Salary Sacrifice Agreement and we can provide you with a template form and conditions. We suggest employees remain in the scheme for a minimum of 12 months with the option to amend their agreement if they experience a lifestyle changing event which effects their employment or childcare arrangements.

Once employees have enrolled in the scheme, you can use your electronic Childcare Vouchers account to place orders and view your statement as well as print out invoices. If you are placing orders for paper Childcare Vouchers you can do so directly with us and an invoice will be sent out to you.

All new employees who join the electronic Childcare Vouchers scheme will receive a parent welcome pack and membership number to access their own childcare vouchers account. Parents will also be able to view their statement online, request payments to their chosen carer and set up standing orders.

Our account team can provide support at any stage of the process, including ensuring your scheme is fully compliant with the HMRC guidelines (with payments only to registered and approved childcare providers for tax and NI exempt vouchers).

We can take care of it for you

Personalised, secure and easy-to-use, we will develop and build an employee enrolment website. From work or home, employees can then request to join the scheme whenever they wish. Quick and easy for employees, this method of enrolment minimises administration for you too.

Employees who do not have internet access can contact us to request a hard copy of the agreement form, which they complete and return it to us by post.

Each month we will send you an electronic salary sacrifice listing. You then simply use this listing to create your order and make appropriate adjustments to payroll.

Alternatively we can send you an electronic salary sacrifice listing taking into account new joiners, leavers and any other changes. You then simply validate this listing and we take care of the ordering process for you.

For online applications, you can decide whether your employees provide online submission and agreement or whether you would like signed, printed agreements which we collate and forward onto you for your personnel records.
